We sell digital products — primarily Notion templates and system frameworks — and provide custom consultancy and system-building services. All digital products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download or access upon purchase.
When you purchase a Notion template from us, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that template for your own business or personal use. You may not:
Templates are designed to be duplicated into your own Notion workspace. You are free to modify and adapt them for your personal use once duplicated.
For bespoke services, the scope, timeline, and price will be agreed in writing before any work begins. A separate service agreement or statement of work may be provided for larger projects. By approving a project scope in writing (including by email), you are entering into a binding agreement to pay the agreed fee.
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments for digital products are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. For custom services, payment terms will be specified in the project agreement — typically a deposit before work begins and the balance upon completion.
Because our Notion templates are digital products that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide an exception to the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content where you have expressly requested immediate access.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using your purchased template, please contact us at nickyaball@sky.com within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, offer a discretionary refund.
Deposits paid for custom Notion builds and consultancy are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the appropriate course of action.
All templates, frameworks, written content, and systems created by Clarity Systems Intel and The Exit Room remain the intellectual property of Nicola Ball unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasing a template grants you a personal use licence — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The content on this website — including text, design, structure, and branding — may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without our prior written consent.
Our templates and systems are designed to support your work and decision-making. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Results will vary depending on how you implement and use the tools, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
